Our Story

At China Doll our inspiration comes from the traditional South East Asian cuisines and cultures. The hectic street hawker sights, sounds, textures, aromas and tastes that excite the palate and stir the senses. Our production takes place in a small open kitchen where you can view and interact with our chefs and experience the thrill and heat of the ‘breathe of wok’ in action.

We have an original passion for food that really excites us and motivates us to want to share our vision with as many people as possible.
Our menu and cooking style attempts to marry traditional family taught techniques and time honored methods with a modern flair for bold flavors and simple contemporary presentation.

We prepare our sauces and stocks in house from scratch so that we have complete control over what we serve our guests. We work together with our long-standing suppliers to ensure we are able to offer our guests premium quality produce with an emphasis on promoting local ingredients wherever possible.We will always do our best to accommodate any reasonable request and welcome all your constructive comments and feedback.
